Like many things in life, forgiving someone is much easier said than done. This is especially true when someone has caused us harm or taken someone or something we loved, of great value, away from us. It is perfectly natural to struggle to forgive, we all struggle with it at some point in our lives.

Though forgiveness is not always easy, or something we want to do, forgiving people is important and a critical part of the healing process. So how can we find it in ourselves to begin to forgive others, especially those who have caused us great pain?
